The Sennheiser Profile Wireless Replacement Clip-On Transmitter/Recorder features both a built-in microphone and onboard recording capabilities for seamless backup.
The transmitter utilizes 2.4 GHz digital technology to communicate with the Profile dual-channel receiver (available separately) at a line-of-sight distance up to 800'.
The transmitter is identical to the one originally included with the Profile two-person wireless system and is sold as a backup unit or a replacement, if the original is lost or damaged.

- Simply attach the lightweight miniature mic/transmitter to your talent via the integrated clip or use the separately available magnet mount for more placement options. A thread on the bottom of the clip allows you to attach a stand for desktop use.
- The built-in electret-condenser mic capsule features an omnidirectional polar pattern that picks up sound in a 360° radius around the microphone, providing a variety of placement options and helping to ensure consistent levels, even if the talent turns away from the mic.
- If you prefer an even lower-profile appearance, plug a separately available lavalier mic equipped with a locking 3.5mm Sennheiser connector into the external microphone input with plug-in power.
